Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Managing the full recruitment process and employee onboarding
  • Handling payroll administration, including salary and OT calculations
  • Managing employee performance management and KPI systems
  • Ensuring compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures
  • Managing employee relations and supporting a positive workplace culture
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with regulations
  • Participating in employee engagement activities
  • Supporting operational audits and attending weekly HOD meetings
  • Providing and coordinating employee training and development programs

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and performance management systems.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accountability and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Positive attitude with strong commitment to work and organizational goals.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.
