An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Act as the primary point of contact for regional branches to facilitate administrative requirements, logistics, and facilities management.
Consolidate and analyze operational data from various regions; prepare comprehensive reports for Senior Management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage regional compliance (licensing & contracts), oversee staff housing and utilities, and coordinate company vehicle maintenance/documentation across all location.
Monitor and audit daily reports submitted by regional teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to company SOPs.
Coordinate between departmental heads (HODs) and regional offices to ensure smooth workflows and resource allocation.
Conduct regular travel to regional sites to evaluate administrative efficiency and resolve localized operational challenges.

Job Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of (3) years of solid experience in Administrative Management, specifically overseeing regional branches or multiple site operations.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data consolidation, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP) to transform raw regional data into structured management reports.
Absolute willingness and physical fitness to travel extensively to upcountry/regional sites (often on short notice) to conduct audits or operational support.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve localized administrative conflicts or emergencies independently before escalating to the Head Office.
Excellent command of Myanmar and English (written/verbal) to act as a professional bridge between regional staff and Heads of Departments (HODs).
