An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Issuing office equipment, tools, and other facilities with neat records to employees. 
  • Registering and maintaining office equipment, including office furniture, vehicles, stationery items, and other office automation equipment such as copiers, printers, telephones, etc. 
  • Responsible for paying telecommunication bills, electric meter bills, and social security fees monthly. 
  • Purchasing all necessary office equipment locally when required. 
  • Assist the senior person with requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree. 
  • Having a diploma or certificate in a related field is preferable. 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.  
  • Experience with office automation equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers. 
  • Experience in an administration field is preferable.
