    • Able to do recruitment and selection process and support requirement for respective HOD
    • Announce and follow up Individual Performance Appraisal
    • Can arrange required training programs for staffs
    • Can do Daily attendance, leave monitoring and calculating the salary
    • Filling and Monitoring documents and update personal file
    • Arrange monthly staff party
    • Can manage staff uniform, meal and other allowance
    • Can resolve both internal and external conflicts
    • Can communicate with government office
    • Can manage monthly meeting and weekly meeting

Job Requirements

    • Graduated, Diploma in BMA/HRD, MBA more advantage
    • Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
    • Must have good communication to all department
    • Can work as per duty assign
