An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Prepare attendance reports and support payroll processing.
  •  Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support disciplinary processes and maintain proper documentation.
  • Promote a positive working environment and employee engagement.
  • Oversee office administration including office supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office operations.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and development activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative operations.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
