  1. ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်ချက်များအား စနစ်ကျနအောင် စီစဉ်ပေးရန်။
  2. လုပ်ငန်းသုံးလိုင်စင်ကိစ္စရပ်များအား သတ်မှတ်ချိန်များအတိုင်း စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  3. Admin နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Assets ဆိုင်ရာပစ္စည်းအသုံးအဆောင်များအား Up to date Report လုပ်နိုင်ရန် အတွက် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  4. လစဉ်ဆီထုတ်ယူမှုအသုံးစရိတ်ကိုလည်း စိစစ်ပေးရန်။
  5. မော်တော်ယာဉ်များကြံ့ခိုင်မှုစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်ချက်များပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ဖြည့်စွက်ပေးခြင်း စသည့်ကိစ္စများ ကို စီစဉ်ပေးရန်။
  6. Fixed Assets Management Process အား စီစဉ် ညွှန်ကြားဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  7. လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ငွေကြေးသုံးစွဲမှုများအား သတ်မှတ်  Budget အတိုင်းသုံးစွဲနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Any Graduate , with MBA or DMA or Diploma is more preferable

                                    : Good Personality Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills,

                                    : Presentation Skills, Leadership & Problem-solving skills

                                    : Proficiency in English language & Computer literate

Work Experience          : Minimum 5 years in Admin Field
