Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Run day-to-day admin operations; set and maintain efficient admin systems.
  • Manage vehicles (scheduling, maintenance, licensing) and oversee office/factory facilities for cleanliness, safety, uptime.
  • Handle purchasing of office supplies/equipment and control admin-related stock.
  • Own the admin budget: plan, track expenses, and drive cost control per company policy.
  • Coordinate licensing/registrations; ensure timely compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee factory-side admin, including canteen operations, staff welfare, and hygiene.
  • Partner with all departments to ensure smooth communication and support.
  • Build admin strategies; lead, train, and appraise admin staff performance.
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
  • Arrange departmental meetings; prepare agendas and minutes per top management guidelines; share minutes with relevant departments and track follow-up actions and assignments to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Administration (Diploma/certifications preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in admin management (manufacturing/distribution; food preferred) with office, logistics, and procurement exposure.
  • Age: 35–45.
  • Skills: Leadership and people management; strong communication; budgeting & cost control; coordination with government/external bodies;
  • organization, analysis, problem-solving; MS Office and basic ERP.
  • Other: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks with priorities; high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
