Job Description

  • Liaise with government organizations for smooth operations of Company business
  • Responsible for areas in office premises and motor vehicles
  • Perform monthly charges of billing system of internet, phone and electric meter.
  • Check to countersign for expenses, repair and purchase of IT equipment and spares
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Supervise and manage drivers efficiently
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Monitor the inventory and requisition of office supplies and materials
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses
  • Monthly report to MD and ED

Job Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Any graduate or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or in related field
  • At least 3 years of Admin Manager experience
  • Age between 30 to 45
  • Good relation with Government Ministry
  • Must be computer literate and able to work with email
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, planning, organizational and time management skills
