Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage all company vehicles on a daily basis.
  • Monitor vehicle movement & fuel usage.
  • Supervise and manage company drivers.
  • Prepare driver duty schedules.
  • Monitor driver performance and discipline.
  • Ensure vehicle licenses, registration, insurance, and tax documents are updated.
  • Maintenance & Repair Conduct regular vehicle inspections.
  • Coordinate repairs and follow up with service providers.
  • Maintain accurate fuel consumption records.
  • Schedule routine servicing and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate transportation for staff, management, and company operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all vehicles.
  • Prepare monthly vehicle expense reports.
  • Investigate vehicle accidents or damages and report to management.
  • Promote safe driving practices
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
  • Handle emergency vehicle arrangements when required.
  • Ensure proper logbook recording for all trips.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 2–3 years in administration or fleet management
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operations.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operations.
  • Familiar with license renewal, car registration, maintenance and insurance process.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Able to manage drivers effectively.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
  • Must have knowledge of local routes and transportation planning.
  • Driving license preferred.
