Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee orientation programs and coordinate on-the-job training activities.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
  • Liaise and communicate with relevant government offices such as Labor Office and Social Security Board (SSB).
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office coordination and facility management.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and departments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Myanmar labor laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic English communication skills (both written and spoken).
