An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Oversee daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring vehicles are serviced and delivered within the promised timeframe.
Develop and implement strategies to increase service intake and customer retention rates.
Manage the spare parts inventory to ensure availability while minimizing dead stock.
Monitor and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by resolving grievances and implementing feedback loops.
Manage warranty claims processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reimbursement from the manufacturer.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts coordinators.
Analyze monthly financial reports, managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Business Administration.
3 to 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) software.
Proven track record of meeting revenue and CSI targets.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
