Manage overall service centre/workshop operations and ensure quality and timely vehicle delivery.
Lead the customer service process from vehicle reception, inspection, repair, communication and final delivery.
Handle customer complaints, feedback and escalated service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead and develop service advisors, technicians and after-sales staff.
Coordinate spare parts & warehouse operations, including stock availability and inventory control.
Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Finance and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare service performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
