Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Lead and manage the after-sales service team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Oversee generator service, maintenance, repairs, and emergency support.
Improve team performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, customer visit schedules, reports, and project cost estimates.
Develop long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and OEM partners for smooth operations.
Manage spare parts inventory, workshop operations, and CRM records.
Ensure proper manpower planning, safety compliance, and business growth in after-sales services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering or related field.
Technical knowledge of power products (Generators & Solar systems) including system design, load calculation, estimation, and proposal preparation.
Strong customer service orientation, particularly for after-sales support and technical service.
Basic business and financial knowledge for planning, pricing, and cost control.
Ability to manage and develop teams with good coordination skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
