Job Description

- Prepare and facilitate contract agreements with buyers of sold units.

- Maintain accurate records of payments terms and general agreements for contracted buyers.

- Coordinate with banks for units sold through bank financing.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to sold landed houses, condominiums, and land plots.

- Compile, maintain, and submit reports on customer complaints to management.

- Execute tasks and responsibilities assigned by management in a timely manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree and certifications in Sales or other relevant fields.

- At least 4/5 years' experience as a similar role (more prefer real estate).

- Excellent Planning, organization, presentation and problem solving skills.

- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficient in use of computer software( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.)
