- Reply to incoming Messenger messages within 5 minutes with warm, helpful, and natural messaging.
- Conduct quick 5-minute phone calls to qualify parents/students and understand their educational goals.
- Guide leads smoothly toward booking a Study Plan session with our Educational Counselors (ECs).
- Maintain accurate lead statuses in Google Sheets.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Prior experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Sales (Education industry is a plus).
- Fast typing speed, warm conversational tone, and confident phone presence in Burmese (Basic English is preferred).
- Able to multi-task and respond quickly during peak lead hours.
- Focused on meeting daily/weekly booking targets, not just answering questions.
