Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Developing projects from early concept through design development
  • Prepare drawings and specifications
  • Design various types of buildings (Commercial, Residential, Industrial, etc.)
  • Consult with clients to determine their requirements
  • Coordinate with other professionals such as Structure Designer, M&E Designer, Interior Designer, etc.
  • Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts under guidance of senior architects and
  • contribute creative ideas.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawing such as plan. Elevation sections. Ensure accuracy and adherence to
  • project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project team members and engineers and client.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture
  • Excellent technical drawing skills
  • AutoCAD, Sketch-up & Adobe Photoshop
  • Able to handle the responsibilities under pressure
  • Able to work and coordinate with teams under pressure & tight schedule to meet submission deadline
  • Able to resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
