Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5.

-Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.

-Prepare and review construction drawings and details to meet design standards and local codes.

-Assist in design presentations, material selections, and design documentation.

-Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues on site.

-Support project design development and contribute creative solutions during the design process.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or higher.

-Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in architecture or construction-related projects.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 (or Lumion).

-Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination process.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Able to handle multiple projects under limited supervision.

-Creative, detail-oriented, and responsible.
