Prepare and maintain accurate construction and permit drawings based on design inputs.
Assist in conceptual design development, preparation of construction documents, and material selection.
Conduct building code research and analysis to ensure compliance with MBC and other applicable design codes.
Create layout plans, details, sections, and elevations using CAD and 3D modeling tools.
Develop presentation graphics and design imagery for internal and client presentations.
Attend project team meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Produce design documentation and drawings on time according to project schedule.
Support design updates and revisions as needed.
Travel to project sites when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.), Architectural Engineering (B.E.), or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural drafting or related work
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Experience with V-Ray or other rendering software
Familiar with Myanmar Building Codes (MBC) and basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
Able to follow design instructions and meet deadlines
Willing to travel when required
Myanmar nationality only
