We are looking for a strategic Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our luxury products and services. In this role, you will lead the organization’s marketing function, ensuring all initiatives are perfectly aligned with company objectives. You will oversee Brand & Product, CRM & Customer Success, and Creative functions to strengthen our brand presence, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for key product categories (White Gold, Diamond, and 18K), ensuring premium brand positioning and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team across three core areas: Brand & Product, Customer Success, and Creative, fostering a culture of accountability and creativity.
  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and offline channels, including new store grand openings and high-impact events.
  • Plan and control monthly/annual budgets and KPIs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Execute product launches and seasonal promotions while scaling digital platforms and social media engagement with a focus on brand consistency.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and showroom performance, providing regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve workflow efficiency within the marketing department.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain the highest standards of brand excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Marketing is highly preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. (Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, FMCG, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.)
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury branding and high-end consumer behavior.
