Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor call center metrics (e.g., average speed of answer, abandonment rate) and take corrective action as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in call center management or customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
