  • Implement a behavioral competency framework to support performance improvement across the organization.
  • Conduct internal diagnostics and process reviews to identify barriers to performance, and research best practices to propose solutions.
  • Support management in talent management, succession planning, and other strategic initiatives to enhance workforce development.
  • Design and implement e-learning courses, workshops, and in-person training tailored to organizational needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to create personalized development plans, focusing on skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Conduct assessments to identify employee development needs and prioritize training initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the development of the Annual Training and Development Plan, managing the budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Deliver Orientation Programs and initial skills training for new recruits, ensuring all employees receive appropriate onboarding.
  • Promote a service-oriented culture by regularly measuring learner feedback and communicating insights to management and staff for continuous improvement.
  • Train and develop departmental trainers and oversee their continuous professional growth through workshops and meetings.
  • Guide managers and supervisors in developing their teams through coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) for training and development programs and ensure that these initiatives align with strategic goals.
  • Prepare monthly Employee Development reports and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with the VP-HR to contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, ensuring they support overall organizational goals.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process, ensuring consistency and quality in appraisal documentation.
  • Regularly review training and development best practices, staying informed of trends and making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of behavioural competency frameworks and experience in implementing such frameworks within an organization.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, Talent Management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on training and development.
  • Proven track record of implementing and evaluating people development programs and performance improvement that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience in conducting employee assessments and using data analytics to drive decision-making and improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and process improvements within an organization.
