Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with universities, schools, education providers, corporate partners, Embassies and other strategic partners.

-Lead negotiations for MOUs, agency agreements, and cooperation contracts.

-Maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

-Prepare business plans, proposals, feasibility studies, and financial projections for new projects.

-Track progress of leads, partnerships, and strategic projects.

-Identify new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas.

-Must be willing to travel frequently for business development and partnership-related activities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand analysis.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

-  Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing methods.

-  Proficiency in social media management, online advertising, and content creation.

-  Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar language (both written and spoken).

-  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

-  Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

-  Willingness to travel to branch campuses as required.
