Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Merchandiser Manager to support merchandising, shipping, and order coordination for a leading garment manufacturer in Hlaingtharya, Yangon. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can manage timelines, communicate with suppliers and buyers, and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist the Merchandiser Manager in handling customer orders, styles, and production follow-up
● Coordinate with factory, sample, QA, planning, and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules
● Monitor order status, material readiness, and shipment progress to avoid delays
● Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order updates and requirements
● Prepare and check documents related to merchandising, packing, and export shipment
● Support sample development, pricing, and approval processes when required
● Identify issues early and work closely with teams to resolve production or shipping concerns
● Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and related communication

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Merchandising, Logistics, or related field
● 2+ years of experience in garment merchandising, shipping, or export coordination
● Strong knowledge of apparel order follow-up, shipment process, and documentation
● Good communication skills in English and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking orders and schedules
● Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain strong working relationships
● Experience in the clothing, garment, or textile industry is preferred
