Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Process and manage all aspects of employee payroll including deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Ensure compliance with wages and benefits regulations, including tax laws and government reporting requirements.
  • Checking and calculating monthly income tax and yearly fixed bonus calculation and expatriate payroll calculation.
  • Preparing monthly payroll reconciliation report for monthly payroll analysis.
  • Maintain monthly accrual report such as AVB, retention bonus and holidays accrual reports.
  • Manage to collect employee’ family information update for tax relief yearly.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to manage incoming queries and stakeholders and clients’ expectations (e.g., related to salaries, benefits, etc.)
  • Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices, prepare payroll update requirement (e.g., payroll system upgrades, process improvement, standardization to global requirements, tax policy change by government, etc.)
  • Administer employee benefits program, such as health insurance, wellness activities, employee support activities, and employee premium.
  • Preparing and assisting insurance proposal report for new insurance vendor.
  • Maintain strong relationship with government offices such as labor, SSB, and tax and third-party service providers such as, payroll vendor, insurance company, and bank.
  • Manage and prepare payroll audit report and tax audit report on time and answering question from Auditor if needed.
  • Manage and supervise the team for SSB/ Labor inspection and employee’s helpline service.
  • Manage foreign employee service (work permit, health check, visa, etc.)
  • Supervise and coach payroll team members to achieve team’s goals.
  • Support and assist Senior Manager, PS for any requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry.
  • Demonstrate payroll management experience in organizations with similar workforce size, including knowledge of main payroll software.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in labor law and employment best practices.
  • Demonstrate advanced statistical and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar related discipline is preferred
