  • Supervise daily customer service operations at information counters.
  • Handle escalated passenger complaints and provide quick resolutions.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance passenger satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing VIP, and special assistance services.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate customer service officers.
  • Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational and service quality reports for management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in customer service; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
