Job Description

  • Ensure that all policies are correctly processed and compliant with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure the accuracy of policy terms and conditions.
  • Ensure timely and fair resolution of claims, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status of their claims, providing clear updates and resolving any inquire they may have.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and proactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure that client concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by supporting client prospecting efforts.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to potential clients based on their insurance needs.
  • Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, collaborate with Insurer to get efficiency results on time.
  • Provide detailed reports to the Boss, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating the workflow within the insurance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Managerial in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of an insurance team or department.
  • Understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims processes.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, particularly in handling customer complaints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
