- Optimize training processes for efficiency and work under Admin and HR division for Technical Skill Training- Develop, manage and deliver Optical Fiber Transmission training plan and FTTH training plans- Deliver Outside Plant Trainings (Fiber and FTTH) in both physical and online classes- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs - Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets as if needed- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme- Produce training materials for Fiber Testing courses (OTDR, Splicing Machine, VFL, Power Meter, etc)create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning- Involve Network Troubleshooting and analyze the root cause of Service Failure- Conduct end to end Network Structure, Network Installation, Network Operations and Maintenance

Job Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering with CFHP Certificate- Over 4 years of working experience in Fiber Network Technical in Telecommunication industries with experiences in installation and maintenance of end to end access network- Capability in Fiber Networking design, planning, implementation- Prefer FTTH certified Trainer- Good Communication in English language- Myanmar Nationality
