The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, strengthen online presence, and generate high-quality leads for the company.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, student behavior, and digital insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee and manage all paid advertising campaigns. (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize website performance, SEO, and content for improved visibility and engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing and creative teams.
• Establish and maintain SOPs while staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of proven experience in a senior or managerial digital marketing role
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, SEO, and analytics tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to both drive performance and foster team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience in the education services industry is an advantage
