An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising promotional activities and events across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events.
Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers ,and to retain existing customers.
Event planning, organisation and execution for all events and roadshows.
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.

Job Requirements

Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and strategy.
Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, paid media campaigns.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Proficient in both English & Burmese (both written and spoken).
