Field Marketing & On-ground Activation
• Plan and execute on-ground campaigns, roadshows, and events to acquire new users.
• Manage and coordinate field promoters, brand ambassadors, and agents to deliver sign up targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, merchants, and agent networks for customer acquisition.
• Track and report performance of field activities and ensure cost efficiency.
Digital Acquisition Campaigns
• Support the execution of digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, and app stores to drive new downloads and registrations.
• Work with agencies or internal teams on creatives, targeting, and optimization.
• Monitor digital campaign results and provide insights for improvement.
User Engagement & Activeness
• Assist in implementing initiatives to increase monthly active users (MAUs) and transaction frequency.
• Execute push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages to encourage repeat usage.
• Coordinate with the Loyalty & Rewards team to promote offers, gamification, and referral programs.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare weekly reports on acquisition and engagement campaign performance.
• Gather on-ground feedback from users and field teams to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to the Manager for continuous campaign improvement.
