Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing (within defined SLAs) of wallet user, partner accounts, government merchants, and MMQR merchant onboarding and KYC verification, in compliance with internal policies and CBM regulations.
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs for account onboarding and verification processes on a biannual basis to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee distribution operations related to loan disbursement, repayments, and meter file reformatting and uploading, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Supervise the handling and resolution of collection-related and B2B payment complaints in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
  • Manage transaction dispute handling, including MMQR dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation to relevant teams within defined SLAs.
  • Define and maintain SOPs and SLAs for transaction disputes and fraud-related cases to strengthen operational controls and risk management.
  • Prepare test cases and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches, system enhancements, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Line Manager.
  • Perform additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Banking Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, or Digital Financial Services are an added advantage.
  • Relevant training in KYC/CDD, AML/CFT, payment systems, or regulatory compliance is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile wallet, digital banking, or financial services operations.
  • Proven experience in SOP and SLA development and implementation for operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrated team supervision and cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high integrity and accountability.
