Job Description

  • Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruitment processes across all head office & departments, while innovating hiring practices by using new methods and channels.
  • Maintain good relationships with external agencies and other service providers through integrity and professionalism.
  • Maximize the potential usage of current ATS and other relevant systems, tools, and overall processes, suggest new and improved solutions and upgrades whenever necessary.
  • Identify areas for improvement in Talent Acquisition and partner with relevant stakeholders and lead positive changes.
  • Partner with hiring managers in all departments to identify their needs, clarify job specifications and requirements, discuss business operations, and develop strategies to fill current and future recruitment needs.
  • Source the applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Assist in recruitment budget including agency fees, career events etc.
  • Identify the organization’s talent needs and create hiring plans.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to create and implement an efficient Talent acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure the execution of Head Office hiring plans through coordination of all activities from end-to-end process (from ‘need’ to ‘offer’)
  • Handle the whole recruitment processes (conduct interviews to qualify top candidates)
  • Drive and execute sourcing activities, recruitment marketing, candidate assessment (interviewing, testing…)
  • Provide consultative advice to our Hiring Managers/Lead helping them to drive their hiring. processes, bring talent into their team and ensure there is consistency in how we acquire talents.
  • Drive active inclusion of current employees into Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Keep track and report talent acquisition metrics of Head Office.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee journey. 
  • Prepare monthly organization charts, recruitment report, and office letters (HR Administration).
  • Support HOD for disciplinary matters, HR compliance and other HR administrations tasks/duties.
  • Support HR process improvements, streamlining administrative workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with HOD to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/HOD or HR Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of proven full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition and also HR Operations
  • Experienced in multi- international teams, you’re a team player and a people person
  • Good communication, networking, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems or related recruitment related platforms, apps, and systems/tools
  • Proven successful recruiting multiple candidates experience
  • High level of creativity with mindset of thinking outside of the box. And ability to handle stress
  • Experience in Microsoft & Data Analytic skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective time-management skills; ability to prioritize, follow-through with tasks, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
