Job Description

Project Implementation
• Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of livelihood recovery and SRHR activities.
• Conduct rapid needs assessments and vulnerability analyses in target communities.
• Assist in preparing work plans, budgets, timelines, and activity schedules.
• Coordinate with field teams, local authorities, partners, and community leaders for smooth project implementation.
• Support livelihood activities including cash-for-work, vocational training, micro-grants, and small business recovery support.
• Organize trainings, awareness sessions, workshops, outreach activities, and community meetings.
• Track project progress, indicators, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Ensure gender equality, safeguarding, protection, and social inclusion in all activities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for project implementation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, donor, and narrative reports.
• Support monitoring visits, evaluations, and data quality checks while ensuring donor compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Liaise with government departments, NGOs, partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
• Support community engagement, advocacy, coordination meetings, and workshops.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and implementing partners.
Financial & Administrative Support
• Assist in budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, procurement, logistics, and documentation.
• Ensure activities are implemented within approved budgets and properly documented.
Capacity Building & Technical Support
• Support training and mentorship for staff, volunteers, and community members.
• Contribute to IEC/BCC materials and promote gender-sensitive and rights-based approaches.
Safeguarding & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, accountability, ethical, and donor requirements.
• Promote confidentiality and respectful engagement with communities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in livelihood, SRHR, community development, or humanitarian projects.
• Knowledge of livelihood recovery, SRHR programming, and community mobilization.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with local authorities, NGOs, and donors.
• Fluency in Myanmar language; English is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, culturally sensitive, and willing to travel to project areas.
