ROLE PURPOSE

 

As an Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager in managing day-to-day recruitment responsibilities, sourcing, attracting, hiring job candidates for open positions effectively, widen the talent pool and providing quality candidates for all open positions. Your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match the organizational culture and open job positions. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, perform ongoing analysis and complete other duties as assigned.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Job posting on all channels, CVs screening, shortlisting and CVs sharing to the hiring department as per the guidelines.
  • Arrange the interviews as per the request of the hiring manager, assist and participate in the interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database, keep track and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports as per Recruitment Manager’s request.
  • Follow all of the Recruitment SOPs, Guidelines and Policies.
  • In charge of the whole reference check process and pay slips checking.
  • Participate in the job fairs/career events and prepare the feedback.
  • Responsible for extending the offer letters process to onboarding process.
  • Responsible for Employer branding together with the team.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • Work together within the team and responsible in broaden the talent pool.
  • Communicate effectively within the division.
  • Deliver great customer service to all applicants by demonstrating core values of the organization
  • Other duties assigned by the line manager.

  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Experience with organizing and coordinating a large volume of applications is a plus.

Experience

Essential

  • 3-5 years of working experiences in related field.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Experience supporting the recruitment function
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems on job portal and social networks for recruiting
  • Experience with scheduling meetings using web-conference software (such as Zoom and Teams)

Languages

Essential

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.

Desirable

  • Excellent Myanmar typing skills.
