Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the budget and accountable for various reporting implementation
• Lead, direct, manage and mentor the team to ensure the report are deliver accurately and timely manner
• Execute and improve new business and product pipeline
• Lead review of budget, forecast and implement business and product development strategies
• Lead, direct and manage team to ensure the success of product
• Manage day to day product development related tasks and coordinate with key internal stakeholders to develop and improve workflow process and market outreach
• Work with other Business and Products to ensure assigned milestones are delivered on time and within the budget
• Responsible for merchant acquisition and building relationship between merchants and product team
• Plan and drive strategic business plans to strongly position and achieve KPI of the Bank
• Other necessary job assigned by Department Head

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed (MBA or other advanced degree is preferable!)
• Have at least 4 years of proven working experience in product development, project management or similar role (Experience in Banking industry is preferable!)
• Strong understanding of broader digital media ecosystem
• Ability to create brand content
• Have excellent leadership skills, communication skills, time-management skills and interpersonal skills
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of verbal and written English language, corporate fluency in the Burmese language
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
