Key Responsibilities
•    Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for Senior Management. 
•    Monitor business performance, strategic KPIs, and priority projects. 
•    Coordinate with departments for data collection, issue follow-up, and action tracking. 
•    Support management meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items. 
•    Assist in strategic planning, business analysis, and special assignments from Management. 
•    Support cross-functional initiatives and organization-wide projects. 
•    Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. 
•    Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the banking or corporate sector. 
•    Experience in management reporting, MIS, strategy, project management, business analysis, or performance monitoring is preferred. 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage. 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities. 
•    Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. 
•    Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
