The details duties & responsibilities of Assistant Vice President ~ Senior Officer post for Product Development under Wealth Banking Department as follow:
- Prepare and manage the budget
- Evaluating new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand
- Plan and drive strategic business plans to strongly position and achieve KPI of the Bank 
- Calculate and drive RM initiatives to further improve customers' engagement and experience 
- Develop new and innovative product programs for Management’s approvals
- Brainstorm idea for new product & effective marketing strategy
- Establishment of regular report of products
- Responsible for merchant acquisition and building relationship between merchants and product team
- Conduct Market Analysis and Product Analysis for each segment
- Handling event organizing such as preparing birthday cake list and other gifts list
- Responsible to prepare data analyzing report and product report
- Other necessary job assigned by Department Head

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed (MBA or other advanced degree is preferrable) 
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in product development, project management or similar role (Experience in Banking industry is preferrable)
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Good command of verbal and written English language, corporate fluency in the Burmese language 
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
