Assistant Vice President - Senior Officer (Corporate Module Business Support Unit – Corporate Banking Department)
Job Summary
Jobholder will be responsible in providing assistance and support on issues encountered, or inquiries raised by Corporate Banking module Users. He/She will be closely working with the System Admin and provide administrative support through timely coordination with IT team and other corresponding units to resolve the issue/s raised. The Jobholder will also provide training to new corporate module users and responsible in making sure the training and user guide manuals are up to date. Jobholder will also support any new initiatives, enhancements and other new implementation initiatives relating to the corporate modules.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have a full understanding of the Corporate Banking New Modules.
  • Safekeep all Corporate Module user manuals and ensure timely updates in the user’s guides.
  • Provide training to new Corporate Module users as well as provide guidance and assistance to the module users on proper use of system.
  • Provide direct support to the System Admin as needed.
  • Provide support in the resolution of any issues encounter by the new module customer users or bank users.
  • Communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms to the corporate team, MAB IT and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and provide support on any new initiatives or new implementations that may require installation or enhancement of the new module systems.
  • Perform other related functions assigned from time to time.
  • Well-disciplined and obey rules and regulation of the organization. 
  • Observe mutual respect within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any college course/degree. Graduate with an IT background is preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience on IT related or corporate banking.
  • Fast learner, team player, has good critical and analytical thinking skills, can multi- task and manage time well.    
  • Understanding or background on technical analysis of manuals and diagrams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English 
  • Able to learn and understand use of Internet banking and Core Banking System.
  • Interaction with various internal units and 3rd party vendor.
