Responsibilities

P&L Accountability: Deliver budgeted revenue, gross margin targets performance across all stores and e-commerce platforms

Network Expansion: Lead the strategic identification, financial and new retail storefronts and regional hubs

Inventory Lifecycle Control: Oversee buying budgets to ensure optimal stock mixes, minimizing end-of-season markdowns and write-offs.

Vendor Management: Negotiate strategic master service agreements with global and local suppliers to maximize gross margins and payment terms

Logistics Optimization: Partner with supply chain heads to increase warehouse throughput and slash out-of-stock rates across the store network

Store Execution Standards: Enforce uniform, Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer services, merchandising and cash handling

Loss Prevention: Implement Structural risk-mitigation plans to aggressively combat inventory shrinkage, retail theft and POS fraud

Inventory Governance: Strict lease compliance and real-time shrinkage auditing, Visual tracking and flexible supplier terms

Reporting: Weekly same store-sales reporting and quarterly analyst guidance

Expansion Metrics: CapEx payback modeling per location
