The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and management of digital banking and financial products. This role ensures products are
designed and delivered in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The position involves comprehensive documentation—including
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), New Product Proposals (NPPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flows—while collaborating closely with
cross-functional teams such as technology, risk, fraud, legal, and finance.

1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Prepare and present New Product Proposals (NPP) for internal approval and strategic buy-in.

2. Business Requirement Documentation

• Gather and translate business needs into detailed and structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product scope, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Align BRD content with regulatory, operational, and technical constraints.

3. Process Design & Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal use and compliance purposes.
• Create detailed instruction manuals, user guides, and training materials for internal and external users.
• Design and maintain clear process flows and swimlane diagrams to visualize cross-functional interactions and responsibilities.

4. Operational & Financial Integration

• Define and validate end-to-end accounting flows and journal entries in collaboration with finance and reconciliation teams.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting treatments for transactions across different systems (core banking, wallet, payment gateway, etc.).

5. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Technology teams for solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Work with Risk and Fraud teams to ensure product compliance with internal risk frameworks and anti-fraud controls.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to address regulatory requirements and ensure full legal compliance.
• Liaise with Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing for smooth product rollout and support.

6. Project Management

• Lead and participate business development initiatives as project.
• Drive the delivery of project milestones within time and budget constraints.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.

• Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration)
• 5+ years of product management experience in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services
• Proficiency in writing BRDs, SOPs, NPPs, process flows, and accounting documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Possess strong command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally across diverse stakeholders
• Good leadership and internal and external management skill
