Job Summary

We are seeking a capable and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, fleet management, and distribution operations. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure efficient vehicle routing and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall logistics and transportation operations
  • Plan, organize, and optimize vehicle routes for efficient delivery
  • Monitor daily delivery schedules and ensure on-time performance
  • Supervise drivers and manage fleet operations
  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of company vehicles
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations
  • Resolve transportation issues and improve logistics efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in logistics or related field
  • Strong knowledge of fleet and transportation management
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize vehicle routes effectively
  • Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to drive vehicles skillfully and possess a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
