Oversee maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Respond to guest’s maintenance needs promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient prompt and courteous service to hotel standards.
Maximize maintenance team potential with a balanced focus on operations, guests, and employee and owner satisfaction.
Ensure that stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment.
Take responsibility for the cleanliness and safety aspects of all plant, mechanical, electrical equipment rooms.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly property document inspections.
Ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas are maintained to standard and that all safety equipment and condition are coded.
Discuss with management team on maintenance status and inspection reports.
Develop, implement and direct all emergency programs.
Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
Ensure maintenance staffs are wearing proper uniforms with name tag and upholds hotel grooming and hygiene standards.
Responsible for quality service, meeting/ exceeding financial goals, short and long term planning and day to day operations.
Prioritize, plan, schedule assign and supervise the engineering department staff.
Enforce HSSE safety policies, procedures, SWPs at the workplace and monitor the compliance of them at daily operation;
Participate in risk assessment process and implementation of efficient control measures;
Enforce subcontractor’s safety, health and environmental compliance throughout the lifecycle of the projects;
Deliver effective Health & Safety communication and worker participation through toolbox talks and interventions;
Facilitate at safety trainings, briefings and meetings for Safety, Health and Environmental matters and accident prevention;
Monitor daily Safety, Health and Environmental compliance, intervene and provide coaching as required;
Participate in drill exercises;
Inspect and ensure safety equipment at site are adequate, functioned and check respectively;
Support management team on all aspects of Health and Safety;
Support applicable internal and external Safety, Health and Environmental audits and inspections;

Job Requirements

University graduate, B.E (Mechanical, Electrical) is more suitable for required position.
A minimum of 3 years proven experience in Health and Safety field especially in Bold Piling and Machinery safety.
Recognized Occupational Health and Safety Qualification
Through understanding, development and implementation of Health and Safety Management system and plans.
Ability in producing reports, good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and outstanding observation ability.
Able to work permenently out of Yangon Region.
