Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Process and monitor card issuance, reissuance, PIN generation, and card activations
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to card usage, disputes, and transaction failures.
  • Support daily reconciliation of card transactions, settlements, and clearing with internal systems and partner networks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers on card personalization, delivery, and system updates.
  • Support and maintain card management systems (CMS), payment switch platforms, and ATM/POS networks.
  • Support SIT/UAT and Production end-to-end Certification testing and product development.
  • Assist in system integration and configuration for debit/credit/prepaid card products and digital payment channels.
  • Analyze ISO8583 transaction logs, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis for system faults or customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking, preferably in cards, payments, or retail operations
  • Basic knowledge of payment networks and card scheme operations (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, MPU).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with card management systems (CMS) or payment switch platforms
