Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and drive the overall audit strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly audit planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
  • Review and enhance company SOPs, policies, and operational processes to support strong governance.
  • Oversee comprehensive risk assessments across branches, warehouses, transport, fleet, and all departments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to top management for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Design and implement audit methodologies, tools, and KPIs to strengthen audit effectiveness.
  • Lead fraud prevention initiatives and establish long-term internal control measures.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the internal audit team to ensure high-quality and strategically aligned outputs.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other functions to enhance compliance and organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (CPA/ACCA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.
  • Solid understanding of risk management, internal controls & audit methodologies
