Compliance & Audit Management

• Develop and implement annual compliance and internal audit plans aligned with business and regulatory risks.
• Conduct compliance audits across manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution, sales, and corporate offices.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, tax, trade, and FMCG-specific regulations.
• Review adherence to company policies, SOPs, delegation of authority, and ethical standards.

FMCG & Operational Compliance

• Audit procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and sales operations for compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS) where applicable.
• Monitor compliance with product labeling, advertising, pricing, and promotional regulations.

Risk Management & Control

• Identify compliance gaps, control weaknesses, and potential fraud risks.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen governance.
• Support enterprise risk management by assessing operational and compliance risks.

Reporting & Follow-up

• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and corrective action plans.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions.
• Report key compliance risks and audit outcomes to senior management and the Audit Committee.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, and Lead Auditor are an advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
• Minimum 3 years in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Strong exposure to operational audits, food safety compliance, and supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG regulations, food safety standards, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• High integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple audits.
