Job Description

Lead all factory operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap rate, and throughput.

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, including ISO 9001.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives and root-cause analysis activities.

Maintain a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
Lead workplace safety programs, audits, and risk assessments.
Drive environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Provide strategic leadership to production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning within the organization.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.
Support inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

Manage factory operating budgets and resource allocation.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience within the automotive industry.

Minimum 5 years in a factory leadership or plant management role.
Experience in EV manufacturing, battery production, vehicle assembly, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
