Job Description

  • Lead all factory operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and facilities.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap rate, and throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, including ISO 9001.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives and root-cause analysis activities.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
  • Lead workplace safety programs, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Drive environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning within the organization.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.
  • Support inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage factory operating budgets and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience within the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a factory leadership or plant management role.
  • Experience in EV manufacturing, battery production, vehicle assembly, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
