Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

     1. B2B O2O Workflow & Fulfillment Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve O2O operational processes, including Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, and Omnichannel Returns.
  • Oversee inventory synchronization across physical distribution networks, stores, and online systems to ensure real-time accuracy and prevent overselling.
  • Manage partnerships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery services to guarantee strict adherence to Delivery Service Level Agreements.

     2. System Integration & Data Analytics

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team, IT, and technical teams to monitor and troubleshoot operational integrations between POS, SIM, Assisted Sales, and E-Commerce backend systems.
  • Analyze operational KPIs such as fulfillment cycle time, order cancellation rates, and logistics costs, route efficiency to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.

 

    3. Store Enablement & Training

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for in-store staff regarding B2B O2O order picking, packaging, and client handovers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for Store Managers and frontline operations staff to ensure high adoption rates of O2O tools and a digital-first mindset.

    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure stores and fulfillment centers are operationally prepared with inventory, staffing, and tech setup for upcoming O2O campaigns and wholesale promotions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for unresolved operational glitches affecting the wholesale client’s omnichannel journey.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Wholesale or B2B Operations, Supply Chain Logistics, E-Commerce Operations, or Omnichannel and O2O management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise operations and logistics technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively align online digital product teams with offline store operations
