  • Oversee and manage the company's overall day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve departmental KPIs and overall performance.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's brand image.
  • Prepare and present management reports to MD.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum (5) years experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales management, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Experience in Retail industry & Makeup Academy is highly preferred
  • Good command of English is preferred.
