Job Summary
Lead overall business operations for a trading and distribution company in Yangon, driving organizational performance, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and commercial growth across manufacturing and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee organization management across manufacturing and trading operations.
● Coordinate DICA/MIC alignment and ensure compliance with company regulations.
● Manage MOC trade permits, customs office processes, and related documentation.
● Direct financial management, banking operations, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
● Lead commercial planning and supply chain activities to support business growth.
● Build strong internal and external relationships through effective communication.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
● Minimum 10 years of management-level experience in manufacturing and trading.
● Strong knowledge of DICA/MIC processes, trade permits, and customs operations.
● Proven experience in financial management, banking operations, and cost control.
● Excellent commercial judgment and supply chain leadership capabilities.
● Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
