Job Summary (YGN-1 and MDY -2)
Join Dermaluxe Medical Group as an  Branch Manager in Inya Branch, Yangon and two Branch Manager in Mandalay. You will support daily branch operations, lead service excellence, and help drive growth in a fast-paced healthcare and beauty care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise front-line clinic staff, assisting with scheduling, day-to-day training, and performance tracking. 
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure daily efficiency and regulatory compliance. 
• Optimize patient scheduling systems to maximize resource utilization and minimize wait times.
•  Collaborate with healthcare providers to uphold and continuously improve standards of patient care and service delivery. 
• Oversee patient records management to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy regulations. 
• Coordinate with the Finance Department by maintaining strict stock awareness of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, assisting with internal inventory tracking. 
• Conduct and support regular operational, front-of-house, and team meetings, as well as training sessions to foster communication and reinforce compliance. 
• Help execute and deliver clinical training materials, customer service manners training, and sales scripts to front-line staff. 
• Maintain accurate machinery records and log routine maintenance requests for all clinical equipment. 

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
● Background in healthcare, medical service, or beauty care is preferred.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage teams, support operations, and handle customer concerns.
● Proficient in basic computer use and reporting tools.
● Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in Yangon, especially South Okkalapa, is an advantage.
